1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 10wen ("10wen", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 10wen website at 10wen.net and all associated services, products, and features, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment services (collectively, "the Services").
10wen operates as an international gaming platform. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 10wen platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with 10wen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms were last updated in June 2026. 10wen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via their registered contact details and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of 10wen is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal gambling age as may apply in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing 10wen from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 10wen or any affiliated entity.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 10wen or notified that you are not permitted to use the platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification: 10wen enforces age verification through its KYC process. You may be required to submit documentation proving your age and identity before being permitted to make deposits, place bets, or withdraw funds. 10wen reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any balance on such accounts will be subject to review.
You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using 10wen. 10wen does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction is entirely at your own risk and 10wen accepts no liability arising therefrom.
3 Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC)
To access real-money features of 10wen, you are required to register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Individual: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 10wen. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wen login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. You must notify 10wen immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- KYC Verification: 10wen is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide such documentation as 10wen may reasonably request, including a valid national identity document (e.g., CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in account closure.
- Account Transfer: Your 10wen account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 10wen are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 10wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
- Minimum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change and the current minimums as displayed at the time of your transaction will apply.
- Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant bank. Withdrawal processing times are stated at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary.
- Source of Funds: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 10wen reserves the right to refuse deposits or reverse withdrawals where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
- Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in PKR. No foreign exchange conversion is applied on the 10wen platform.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for deposits, to the extent technically possible. Where bonus funds are involved, applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of related funds is permitted.
Note: 10wen does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond 10wen's control and are your responsibility.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 10wen platform:
- All bets placed on 10wen are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and other parameters before confirming a bet.
- 10wen reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or where 10wen has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet has been placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
- For sports betting, including cricket betting covering PSL, Pakistan internationals, and international events: specific sport and market rules are published in the betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
- For casino games including slots, live dealer tables, Monster Hi-Lo, and Monster Mine: individual game rules are displayed within each game. All casino games use certified random number generation systems and outcomes are determined solely by these systems.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting and gaming products. These are displayed within the relevant product section.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a betting or gaming outcome, 10wen's records shall be the definitive reference. The decision of 10wen's management shall be final in all disputes relating to betting and gaming outcomes, subject to applicable complaint procedures.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
10wen may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and other promotional offers ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions offered by 10wen:
- Promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over general Promotion terms where there is a conflict.
- Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and timeframes are stated in the specific Promotion terms.
- Promotions are available to eligible 10wen account holders only, and only once per person, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
- 10wen reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any Promotion at its sole discretion, including where 10wen has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or abuse of the relevant offer.
- 10wen is not obligated to offer Promotions and reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already accepted an active Promotion.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10wen platform and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 10wen.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or other automated process to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or take advantage of vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
- Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any component of the 10wen platform.
- Abusing bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the 10wen platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and the 10wen brand name, is the intellectual property of 10wen or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 10wen content without express prior written permission from 10wen.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- 10wen provides the platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- 10wen does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- 10wen's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 10wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using 10wen, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. You accept full responsibility for any financial loss arising from your use of the platform. 10wen is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the use of the Services.
10 Responsible Gaming
10wen is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered 10wen account holders from the Account Settings section of the dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 10wen account.
- Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 10wen account and be excluded from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension and Closure
10wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account and withhold or forfeit any funds where:
- A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
- Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 10wen.
- There are grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or a third party on their behalf.
- 10wen is required to do so under applicable law or the direction of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, 10wen reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation for damages. In all other circumstances, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method.
12 Amendments to These Terms
10wen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 10wen will provide notice to registered users via their registered contact details and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation. Your continued use of the 10wen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date of the amendments.
13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 10wen's licensed operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 10wen's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated under 10wen's licensing framework.
Complaints Process: If you have a complaint about 10wen, you should contact our support team in the first instance. 10wen aims to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of 10wen's licensing regime.
